I am extremely motivated and dedicated to making every celebration reflect the host’s personality, taste and budget. Attention to detail plays a huge part in my event designs. I make it my priority to listen to what each client is envisioning and take their ideas and make them a reality.

About Me


Hi! I'm Cassie and I am the owner and founder of Cassie Renae Events, LLC.  I remember as a little girl I always enjoyed planning, coordinating and organizing all types of events, but I discovered a passion for the industry during the course of planning my own wedding. Over the 13 months of planning, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was then that I decided Event Planning was my calling.

My background is in Apparel Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing and Customer Service. All of these elements work well together in the Event Planning industry. My attention to detail, organizational abilities, great communication skills, and personality make me the perfect person to help plan your event. I know that every event is unique and I strive to make every experience wonderful.  I recently joined a fabulous team at the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association as their Event and Program Manager.  Here I get to experience the planning and execution of large conferences and small continuing education events.

With the encouragement of my family, friends and my amazing husband, Cassie Renae Events, LLC was started in 2011.  I spent the first summer broadening my experience in event planning and got to play the role of Wedding Planner and Day of Coordinator for a couple weddings and Planner for a fundraiser.  All of the events were great experiences.  After my first wedding as Day of Coordinator, I knew that I had found my place. 

I enjoy getting to know a couple, while working closely with them to plan their special day.  While working together you will experience professionalism, trust, passion and friendship.  It is such a joy to watch a Bride and Groom or host of an event be able to relax and enjoy themselves during their big day. To know that I got to play a part in their day is such a reward!

In the past I have also volunteered for a great non-profit organization, Encompass NW, on their planning committee for their Fall Gala and Spring Gala.  This has broadened skill set and given me a better understanding of how a large fundraiser functions from behind the scenes.  To learn more about this organization please visit www.encompassnw.org

When I am not meeting with clients, planning a wedding/event or researching different ideas and trends, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my little dog Dolce, family and friends.  I also enjoy shopping, a good book, working on our house and yard, curling up to watch a movie or traveling near and far.
